Fritz is an optical industry veteran of over 30 years. President of Ophthalmology Resources, llc, a national financial and operational management consulting firm for dispensing ophthalmology which has consulted to 100’s of dispensing MD practices across the US, including Hawaii.

A founder and the Executive Director of the American Association of Dispensing Ophthalmologists, Inc.

Speaker at the International Vision Expo’s East and West, the Academy of Ophthalmology’s AAOE program, numerous ophthalmology state meetings and state optician’s associations.

Serves on the Provider Outreach and Education Advisory Committees for Medicare's DME Contractors in Region A (covers 12 states in the Northeast), Region B (covers 9 states in the Midwest) and Region D (covers16 states in the West, Alaska & Hawaii)
